To apply for admission into The Stevens Conservatory, please do the following:


1) Download Application

 

2) Select which program in which you will be studying.

3) View the Class Schedule (below)  so that you may select your three preferred times for lessons.

 

4) Print, complete, and mail application to 1297 Jamestown St, Tulare, CA 93274 or fax to (559) 688-8189. Before faxing, please call (559) 759-6070 to notify of an incoming fax.

 

5) You will be contacted regarding securing your time slot, should one be available.  At that point, please mail or hand-deliver your payment right away, as time slots are not secure until payment is received.  If not slots are available, you may be placed on the waiting list.

 

 

* Please be sure to read the Terms and Conditions on Page 2 of the Application, as well as the Syllabus so that your student is prepared for their first lesson.  If you have any further questions, please contact us.
